I have an astigmatism in my right eye , the eye doctor said only need to wear my glasses at night when I'm driving Can I get lazy eye or blind worried?

You obviously have a very minor astigmatism.
Many people, some of the nicest and brightest (inc. me, ahem!) have much worse astigmatism which is correctable with glasses. It does not cause lazy eye or blindness.
