Docs say my mum has a fibroid or a cyst in her uterus, has constant bleeding they may have to remove the uterus. Is this an ovarian cyst? Suggestions?

Depends. Did the doctor doing ultrasound to evaluate your mother to make this determination? Often just wrong or certain birth control pills and trying to size of the fibroid which would prevent her from having it surgically removed. Also the constant bleeding usually can be controlled with medication. Want to make sure your mother is seeing an OB/GYN doctor and get another opinion.

My sis shes 18 diagmoised with para ovarian cysts on left uterus. Dey r 12*12mm. Is it a serious issue. My family doc said its normal.

Likely benign. Generally, cysts on the ovaries less than 4cm in an 18 y/o are likely benign and will go away on their own. The gynecologist will typically order a follow-up ultrasound in 6-8 weeks to recheck. If resolved or same size, they are most likely benign. They same goes if they are ovarian or part of the fallopian tubes. If she starts having pain or any other unusual symptoms, she should be evaluated. Read more...
