And my gyancogist suggest me to take iron pills and vitamin b complex syurp.And I m having this from last 3 months but nothing can improve my periods.?

Heavy painful periods can be controlled by birth control.
Other alternatives are oil of primrose twice daily, natural Progesterone if not on any hormones, using Motrin 800mg 2x/day one week before the period to decrease pain and bleeding; eating less animal fat including dairy since animal fat may affect your hormone balance. See your doctor if this doesnot work for further work up.
