I am always having the intense fear and anxiety about carcinophobia. Can this anxiety lead to a sudden cardiac arrest?

In brief: Unlikely

It is very unlikely that ONLY anxiety would lead to a heart attack.
Anxiety can increase blood pressure, heart rate and breathing but in over 15 years of practice I have never met or heard of someone who died from a panic attack. If anxiety is interfering in daily functioning consider professional help. One strategy: identify what you can control and focus on an action plan & Practice relaxing.
