In brief: Develop/Behavior Ped

You may find a good source in a well experienced pediatrician or developmental/behavioral pediatrician.
Other sources i rely on are licensed professional counselors who work with kids & families. Learning the skills of positive ignoring & positive parenting will often help this troubling behavior fade.

The issue is "not true" seizures. If you hav doubts, then a visit to a neurologist makes sense; if there is good evidence that the "seizures" are just part of the tantrum, then no. Talk if over with his primary care givere.

In brief: How do you know

The seizures are real or false? First ask your pediatrician.
A single seizure in of itself is ok - for instance febrile seizures can occur and I do not think require workup unless you have a second seizure. But if you do get an MRI go to a pediatric hospital and ask for a 3t mri.
