My mother, 58 yrs old, have excess sweating in right side of her body while the left one have no sweating at all, 2 yrs ago .Please what is her diagnosis?

Unilateral = one side.
Hyperhydrosis= excessive perspiring/sweating. What you are describing is quite unusual. Sweating is controlled by certain nerve fiber innervating the skin. It may be that the left side (no swearing) is the abnormal one. She may have had a small stroke. Whatever, she should have a good thorough checkup, certain blood test (incl thyroid and fasting bs).
