Why do my ears get really hot? Then I feel really sick

Vasodilation. The most likely cause of the external ears getting hot is a dilation of the blood vessels in the skin of the outer ear called the pinna. This is under control of nerves which you can not control. I suspect that other parts of your body may also have this problem. Sometimes, this is known as dysautonomia. A fancy term but it means that a part of the nervous system is firing off. See a physician.
