Itching on outer labia, no sores but redness, mayb frm me scratching. No other discharge from inside clitoris has white thin film over it. No pain.?

In the early stages there may not be any discharge. A simple thing to try is to treat with otc monistat or Clotrimazole cream to see if it resolves. If not, probably best to consult a physician.
