I got my tonsils removed and my deviated septum repaired to help my snoring. No sleep apnea. It did not help.Would getting my adenoids removed help?

1 doctor agrees

In brief: Yes

If you have significant hypertrophy of the adenoids and it can be demonstrated to occlude your nasal airway then adenoidectomy will help.

Only IN PERSON examination and scans would help decide if further surgery is indicated...

Agree, to clarify the requirement of " it can be demonstrated to occlude your nasal airway" requires an exam and or a CT scan to demonstrate. Also, for the first weeks to months after surgery it is not unusual for symptoms to continue so do not rush to assumption.
