If you are studying for school. Should your heart rate be higher or lower then normal? Or is there no effect?
Normal rate. As long as you are not stressed out, studying by itself should have no affect on your heart rate. Hopefully you re not drinking too much coffee or taking stimulants.
My heart rate is lower during the day when sitting upright, when laying down my heart rate is higher. Is this normal?

Abnormally high and heavy resting heart rate at all times. Normally I would feel stressed due to studies but suffer from constipation also, any link?
Needs evaluation. If indeed ones heart rate is abnormally high at rest, it merits a careful evaluation.
