Both sides of neck are sore to touch. No sore throat. I do feel flushed and tired.?

Sore neck. There are a number of possibilities. I would need more history and to be able to do an exam to give a diagnosis. The two most likely etiologies are swollen lymph nodes (from a virus) or thyroiditis. A simple blood test can help sort out the difference. If your symptoms persist, you should make an appoint to see a health care provider.
