In brief: Sore throat
Voice rest. Gargle often with mixture of warm salt water, hydrogen peroxide, & alcohol-based mouth wash.
Do not swallow. Warm salty liquids like bouillon or chicken broth help. Throat lozenges with menthol &/or Benzocaine can temporarily numb soreness. If it lasts more than day or 2 or is getting worse, see your fp/pcp for evaluation & treatment.
