I'm 29, 5.1 height, only 38 kgs v skinny want 2 gain weight please make me a complete proper diet chart of all the high calorie foods I should eat.?
Gaining weight. Gaining weight is not easy for the super skinny! To gain one pound per week, add 500calories extra per day. Take these calories in as protein and carbs. I dont recommend junk food. You can do protein bars (about 250-300cal) two extra per day on top of your regular food. Also try protein smoothies with 2% greek yogurt, protein powder, fruit and nut butters.
