Gaining weight is not easy for the super skinny! to gain one pound per week, add 500calories extra per day.
Take these calories in as protein and carbs. I dont recommend junk food. You can do protein bars (about 250-300cal) two extra per day on top of your regular food. Also try protein smoothies with 2% greek yogurt, protein powder, fruit and nut butters.
