There are plenty i very effective treatments available.
Meantime, try some sudafed in the morning and an antihistamine at bedtime.

In brief: OTC Antihistamine

Start with an over the counter antihistamine.
However if this a seasonal or chronic issue with you the nasal corticosteroid sprays which are prescription are most effective. You can also use nasal saline (but make sure it's sterile). If you have fever, toothache, thick, discolored nasal drainage you may have a bacterial sinus infection and should be evaluated.
