In brief: Often worse
There are few studies on fibromyalgia in pregnant women.
A temple university found that women with fibromyalgia had more symptoms of pain during pregnancy than women who did not have fibromyalgia. Also, fibromyalgia symptoms seemed to be exacerbated during pregnancy. Pregnant women with fibromyalgia may experience significant pain, fatigue, and psychological stress, especially in first 3 months.

In brief: Yes and no
It depends, because pregnancy can interfere with sleep and this can exacerbate fibromyalgia.
Stress during pregnancy can also aggravate fibromyalgia. Finally if pregnancy decreases your exercise, this can also aggravate fibromyalgia.

FM symptoms during pregnancy, IMO, might worsen. Pelvic & low back pain, both common in FM, oft intensify from greater joint ligament laxity induced by hormone Relaxin, and weight of fetus stressing pelvic soft tissues. Engorged breasts likely stress shoulder girdles.  Advise preventative measures to increase muscle tone via gentle yoga & aquatherapy before & during pregnancy.

During pregnancy, FM pain & fatigue can increase.  Increased pelvic strain from fetus mass, increased pelvis joint laxity due to hormone relaxin, & diminished sleep from chronic pain intermingled.  A sacroiliac joint belt, warm baths, aquatherapy to maintain muscle tone, soft supportive mattress, & increased sleep via napping might help.
