Can I take prenatal vitamin with milk?

Probably ok. But some labels suggest avoiding dairy intake two hours before or after taking the vitamin. This could be due to an increased likelihood of GI intolerance (more gas, bloating, discomfort) or the presence of calcium in the milk impairing iron absorption slightly. I would take my prenatal vitamin with juice or water. Hope your pregnancy goes well:)
