In brief: More information

needed.
What sort of hallucination? Is it shaking or jerking and is it one side or both? Do you have a fever? Any stiff neck? Neurological assessment is needed. If fever you need a urinalysis possibly an LP. You may need an EEG and a brain imaging study. Tardive dyskinesia from Reglan (metoclopramide) produces random movements of the face, tongue, limbs that are often painful and may respond to Tetrabenazine.
