Numerous options. Over the last 25 years of my practice, I have witnessed a sea change in treatment options for asthma. I no longer have had to rely on daily systemic steroids. New generations of inhaled steroids, bronchial tube dilators, non-steroid anti-inflammatory medications, and anti-allergic antibody injections. Many other exciting prospects are in the pipeline!
