I have a lot of pelvic pain?

C a gynecologist. Whether female or male, the question is too general to even guess. I'll take the rest of 400 characters to mention 2 key principles of medicine. For the knowledgable experienced doc, the DX or next specific step is in the doc's questions & and patient's answers. Second, pain is subjective for that one pt, it is otherwise unmeasurable, except within the docs mind that is listening and seeing pt.
Need more info. Pelvic pain can be from infection, inflammation, uterine tumors, endometriosis, ovarian lesions, prolapse, or trauma (among other things). Without more information it's difficult to help. See your gyn & a thorough history, exam, and possibly ultrasound may help diagnose the cause of your pain. Other causes involve bladder, bowel, nerve endings, or vascular abnormalities or even pregnancy.

Pelvic Pain. The cyst on your ovary and your pelvic pain and bleeding are unlikely to be related. The cyst you have is likely a follicular cyst and an incidental finding, and will resolve. More concerning is the pelvic pain and bleeding, which could be due to an infection. Hopefully your doctor has looked at this as a possible issue. Read more...

I was diagnosed with severe displasia/carcinoma in situ (cin3).I am having a lot of pelvic pain is that normal?

It depends. This depends on the start of your pain. If your pain is from of colposcopy and your cone biopsy, if you had one, to diagnose this, then i would say that your pain is expected, and you should take it easy and use pain killers for the next week/until it stops, and see your dr. If it doesn't. If it started before, then you should get more tests, etc. As there might be more/something else going on. Read more...

I have been having lots of pelvic pain and it has moved by my navel it hurts to push on my stomach I also have blood in urine with no UTI or any infe?

Need to see MD . Many different possibilities including tumors or infection involving urachus( structure that connects to the bladder from navel) , oomphalo-mesenteric inflammation, or even some variant appendicitis. Get evaluated, most likely may involve ct, urine and bloodwork. Good luck.. General surgeon, urologist or experienced internist/family medicine specialists or if pain severe, emergency department. Each issue: The blood in urine can be from interstitial cystitis - which could cause the pelvic pain as well. Blood in urine w/o an infection should be evaluated by a urologist or nephrologist b/c it can be due to serious/dangerous causes. I cannot tie in the navel pain to the pelvic pain/blood in urine, but it can be a non-specific indication of inflammation of the lining of the abdomen. Read more...
