In brief: No, I dont think so

Anemia will not cause frequent urination.
I think they are separate condition that you should discuss further with your doctor. Frequent urination can happen in some condition for instance- if you consume a lot of fluids, in diabetes-when your blood sugar is high, bladder/urinary tract infection, drug /agent related- i.e. Water pills, beverages-.Ie. Coffee, tea. See md and have yourself checked.

In brief: Sure

Anemia is a low red count or low iron.
The body will try to increse fluid level to maintain blood volume. The extra fluid can cause extra urination.
