In brief: Prostate cancer
Is not diagnosed in people under 40, and rarely occurs under 30, and never in adolescence.
Rhabdomyosarcomas occur in the gu tract in infants and children. Adolescents develop sexual maturity, secondary sexual characteristics and unfortunately learn about prostate function by experimentation before education. Few learn the difference between ejacualtion and orgasm even as adults.

In brief: Not likely
It would be a very very rare exception for teenager to get prostate cancer, and it is not likely to be the kind of cancer that affects older males.
