How long does it take for internal stitches take to desolve after a c section. It has been 8 months after I had a C-section and my suchers haven't gone?

In brief: 2-3 weeks

Depending on the type of sutures used, they usually take 2-3 weeks to dissolve (unless they used wire-very unlikeley for a c-section).
You may be feeling a scar that formed around the suture. Get it checked.
