Studies are limited and results vary, however you do have an increased risk of recurrence of at least 2-6% and possibly as high as 27%.
Take Aspirin 81 mg daily (if you are not allergic nor have conditions that Prohibit its use - see your doctor about this) before conception to decrease your risk for hellp syndrome and/or preeclampsia by up to 75%.
