In brief: Dry mouth and eyes
Sicca syndrome is the presence of dry mouth and dry eyes.
Either of the two are common presentations, and the most significant physical finding is enalargement of the salivary glands. Fatigue is clearly the most common extra-glandular manifestation.

It is important to remember that kids are get Sjogren's syndrome and most often do NOT have dry eyes or dry mouth (yet) but often present with joint pain (sometimes also arthritis), certain rashes, sun sensitivity, and fatigue. Also having lots of tooth cavities can be a clue since decreased saliva production (before feeling like they have a dry mouth) can greatly increase risk for tooth decay.
