If I have one child with autism what is the likelihood of my other two children having a mental development disorder?

In brief: No clear data.

Autism does not have a clear genetic basis.
It is a spectrum type disorder with a range of severities. Hence there is no clear incidence rate in sblings or future offsprings. If there is a known chromosomal diagnosis and ASD is an add on co morbidity, then a geneticist, could come up with the odds.

In brief: HigherRiskofAutism

There is a genetic component to autism so we know that there is an increase risk of siblings also being autistic.
