In brief: Indirectly at best
I don't think chiropractic treatment can directly strengthen bones but one of the best ways to strengthen bones is weight-bearing exercise, and chiropractic treatment might allow you to do more exercise by reducing pain.
My other favorite strategies for strengthening bones are vitamins d & k (high doses of vit k, 15 mg a day or more), calcium and magnesium supplements, strontium and boron.
