Can you explain why my thumb hurts and hand tingles?

SOUNDS LIKE A COMBO. Of tenosynovitis or inflammation of soft tissue structures in the thumb and carpal tunnel. Can not rule out circulatory problems with this amount of history so please get this looked at by a physician.
