My mother has got detected spine TB in d9-10 IV disc. What does this mean?

Not really sure if you received the correct diagnosis.
.. but if she has truly Tuberculosis Infection of the spine (possibly Thoracic T9-10??), that is a tough thing to live with. She needs to have anti-TB medication (combination of antibiotics) and sometimes an operation, although most of us try to stay away from that as long as the patient is neurologically intact (meaning, fully nerve function)
