What is the natural cure for multiple sclerosis?

In brief: None

There is no cure for multiple sclerosis natural or pharmaceutical.
There are treatments, mostly medications, but some natural ones i've heard of include beesting therapy. I don't recommend this, in MS the immune system is searching for and destroying foreign protein. Letting 20 bees sting you, and introduce foreign protein into your system doesn't make sense. Yoga and swimming are good therapies.

During April 2014, the American Academy of Neurology released a position statement regarding alternative therapies. Other than Sativex, a cannabinoid preparation that seems to help spasticity, very few symptom relievers are identified, and no natural substance affects course of disease.

In brief: Does NOT exist

However, there are some natural approaches you can take to bolster your success in handling ms, besides assuring that you are taking potent enough medication.
Consider the low fat swank diet, aerobic exercise, vitamin d-3 supplements, maybe even b-complex bits, and learn stress management. These are not a cure but likely do enhance quality of life overall.
