In brief: Ultrasound

An ultrasound measurement of your amniotic fluid could be done and repeated in 24 hours to see if there is any significant change.
Most likely it is fine if three separate doctors have ruled out rupture, but if the discharge and pooling continue, you need more evaluation.

In brief: Fluid leak

It sounds like everyone is erring on the side of safety.
:) If the nitrazine/ferning negative times 3, unlikely to be amniotic fluid. But the cerclage is there and will keep the cervix closed to keep baby from delivering. Good Luck :)
