My husband has sharp groin pain when he urinates. How can I get him to see urologist?

In brief: UTI must be excluded

Tell him that he may have a UTI or a std which can affect his prostate + his epididymis/testis.
This can lead to long-term problems. Also that you are concerned that it is something that you might catch and thus will refuse sex until he gets checked out. Good luck.
