Hi I'm 21 yrs girl n I never used any vitamins for the pass 10+ yrs... what kind of vitamins do u recommended for me to use?

First, healthy diet. Most experts recommend you get the nutrients you need from a widely varied diet high in veggies, fruits, whole grains, nuts & healthy oils. Most people don't eat like this, though. At your age, you need to especially include vit D & calcium, especially if you don't drink milk/eat yogurt, & folic acid, especially if your are considering pregnancy. A multivit with B complex, C & iron would be ok:)
