I'm on propranolol for WPW syndrome. I usually have a coffee that contains 150 mg of caffeine every morning. Is this safe? I haven't had a problem yet

In brief: Maybe, maybe not

Caffeine is a mild cardiac stimulant.
Heart rate may increase. Ectopic beats may increase. Cardiac conduction time may shorten. But not all WPW is the same - there are electrophysiologic differences between individuals. Bottom line: can't say if caffeine is safe for you. If you have tachycardia on propranolol (caffeine or not), discuss ablation with your doctor.
