In brief: Chest pain to arm

Can be a typical heart attack that irradiates to the jaw and then left arm mainly (not right arm) then can at times extend till the left wrist area to the fingers = that trajectory is the trajectory of the meridian of energy of the heart in oriental medicine.
But it can be from other elements in the chest as well. Medicine is not easy and symptoms mainly rarely typical leading to error in DX + rx.
