Neither. These are not first line drugs & only used if you can't take cephalosporins or have certain antibiotic allergy. Depends totally on what bug you are trying to kill, as so many emerging resistance to antibiotics treatment & becoming a huge public health problem. Ofloxacin is overkill for skin infection & has a lot of side effects.Azithromycin is 2nd line, and risk of vaginitis is 5%. Use probiotics!
