Am a Women of 27 years old and my thyroid test report says T3 (liothyronine) 84.3, T4 11.7 & TSH 3.87 . My question is are the results good enough?

In brief: Yes, good

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
Having said that, not just good enough, your results indicate normal thyroid function.
