My back hurts really bad. What can I do at home to make it feel better? Heating pad?

Heat, rest, magnets. A heating pad (or hot water bottle) may help. Rest often helps. Avoid activities & positions that cause pain. You can try stretching & massage. Applying therapeutic magnets can reduce pain & speed healing. Anti-inflammatories like Aspirin or ibprofen can help, as can natural ones like curumin. If there is spasm, natural anti-spasmodics like magnesium & valerian may help. See a doctor if not improving.
