Nausea while exercising. Pins & needles feeling+numbness in hands after workout. Feeling progressed from just hands to arms, couldn't even hold objects?

Could be serious. If you were doing heavy upper body work, you could have nerves pinched in neck or from upper rib. Also possible you were overbreathing or your blood pressure got low. Did it get better when you stopped working and sat down and breathing slowed down? Get checked if this keeps up.
