In brief: On treatment?

Sounds like endoscopy diagnosed you heath issues.
Are you on medications to treat these processes? Sometimes can take a few days for full effect of medications.

In brief: Doubtful

It is doubtful that the procedure aggravated your GERD (Reflux) Your doctor probably prescribed medication for you ,,if not obtain OTC PEPCID (famotidine) tablets and PRILOSEC tablets.
Follow directions on the bottles. BUT ASK YOUR DOCTOR about prescription/advice In the meantime ..hope this helps Dr Z
