Very painful tailbone. Seen a chiropractor and it's not my spine or hips bones. No trauma to the area either. Been hurting for over a month.?

See neurologist. Blood work results such as sed rate? See a neurologist. Rule out Lyme Disease....Lyme has an affinity for knees, hips and sacrum/coccyx.
Inflammation. Coccydynia is pain in the region of the coccyx or talibone. Most cases are associated with abnormal movement of the coccyx which may trigger a chronic inflammatory process leading to degeneration of this structure.
