Not likely. If you had diverticulitis, you'd know it, because you'd be in extreme pain throughout from inflammation of the diverticuli (pouches in the intestinal lining) The crypts would be inflamed, and it wouldn't be localized to just one area on the right side. Plus, you may have a fever with it, or be otherwise in bed. You need to hydrate well regardless, as dehydration makes it worse. CBC normal is good. Read more...
