In brief: Early

Neuroblastoma usually shows up in childhood.
Usually under two years of age. It is a cancer of the sympathetic nervous system. It can appear anywhere from head and neck to pelvis. There are four stages plus a special 4s. The higher the stage the more extensive and virulent the tumor. It is treated with combination surgery, chemotherapy and sometimes radiation.

In brief: Just about any...

Neuroblastoma is a malignant brain tumor.
There are no pain fibers in brain matter. The first symptom will be related to when it becomes big enough to put pressure on a part of the brain that will produce symptoms. Always have unusual or new headaches or any neurological symptoms checked, and do not call them 'stress' until your pcp evaluates the symptoms.
