What are some good tips for staying awake for a day? I need to study a lot, so what foods should be eaten to have more energy?

To stay awake in the daytime, eat foods that are high in protein and have a low glycemic index. That way, you won't get the peaks of blood sugar high followed by Insulin production that make you feel sleepy first, then hungry again. Protein and low carbs are key.
