Normal to feel period pain 3 weeks post TLH+removal of tubes and endometriosis? Kept ovaries. Still endo on bowel/rectum. Period would be due now.

Three weeks is a little early to know how you will respond to hysterectomy.
If you kept the ovaries and there is known endometriosis on the bowel then one would expect that pain to continue without further treatment. Schedule a follow up to discuss the plan for the remaining endometriosis
