Most patients with bladder tumors are relatively asymptomatic even at seeing total painless gross hematuria which is its common presentation.
At its late stage with related symptoms kicking in, such irritative voiding symptoms may occur, but still not common. Nonetheless, make sure of being evaluated for the symptoms your described and leave a wishful thinking alone.
