In brief: Blisters

Obviously you will avoid wearing the Sox to which you are most likely allergic, and the blisters may be from illfitting shoes.
Don't try to puncture the blisters, keep them clean and dry and free as possible from pressure on them. Apply cortisone type cream to the itchy rash. Wear white Sox and have your physician examine you if increased redness or pain develop.
