Is it possible to have rheumatoid arthritis with a normal RA factor? My labs show my level was 12.6 but I have the symptoms of the condition.

In brief: Unlikely but possibl

Unlikely, but possibile.
Get a ccp antibody, much more specific! but some rfs are of the igg class. Conventional assays miss these. See a rheumatologist.
