Benign penile pearls
Penile pearls are harmless tiny bumps that may appear on the foreskin
or around the corona (back edge of the head of the penis).
They are not a disease, infection or hygiene problem, and sometimes eventually go away on their own. They are called pearls because they often form a row, like a string of pearls. They do not require treatment, but can be "lasered off" if they really bother you.
