I was told ,dark patches on my feet inside my below my ankles and at the side of my feet means I could have a heart problem. Is that true ?

Dark patched on both ankle can be a sign of venous insufficiency .
Trauma causing bleeding under the skin as well as surgery can cause these patches as well but usually worse on the side that the surgery was performed. See dermatologist or vascular surgeon for conformation
