Having moderate flank pain in the right side. No burning or blood on urination. Don't think it's muscular. Mostly sore, rarely sharp. Problem?

In brief: Flank pain

Fever associated, sweats or chills, diarrhea? Still may be kidney stones or urine infection - blood may be present, just not visible to the eye.
Pulled muscle and bowel issues are still possible. If it is skin tenderness - may even be start of shingles. Fluids and rest - follow up with your physician if persisting or worsening.
